Zusammenfassung: | To provide a technique capable of performing an imbalance correction so that vibration becomes evenly good at any position and rotation speed during the machining of a work by a machine tool.SOLUTION: A machine tool is provided with a tool rotation shaft and a tool rotated by the tool rotation shaft to machine a work by moving the tool with respect to the work along at least two or more drive shafts, determines three-dimensional coordinate positions within a range in which the tool moves during the machining of the work, uses a combination of each rotation speed used during the machining and each coordinate position to evaluate the imbalance of vibration, implementing predetermined weighting, and uses a numerical optimization method to correct the imbalance of vibration so that the vibration can become evenly good at any position and rotation speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】工作機械によるワークの加工中に、どの位置および回転数でも均等に良好になるように不釣合い修正を行うことが可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】工具回転軸と、該工具回転軸により回転される工具とを備え、少なくとも2軸以上の駆動軸に沿って前記工具をワークに対して移動させることにより該ワークの加工を行う工作機械において、前記ワークの加工中に前記工具が動く範囲内で立体的な座標位置を決めて、加工中に使う各回転数と各座標位置の組み合わせを使って振動の不釣合いを評価して一定の重み付けを行い、どの位置および回転数でも振動が均等に良好になるように数値最適化手法を用いて振動の不釣合い修正を行う。【選択図】 図6 |
