To provide a heating and cooling device capable of reducing a feeling of discomfort experienced at the time of cold stimulation.SOLUTION: A heating and cooling device 1 includes a case 11 attached to or mounted on a human body. The heating and cooling device 1 includes a plurality of Peltier elements 31 configured so as to be switched between a heating state and a cooling state individually. The heating and cooling device 1 includes a heat transfer part 32 provided to the plurality of Peltier elements so as to transfer heat, and a control device 10 for controlling the plurality of Peltier elements on an individual basis.
