Zusammenfassung: | To diagnose a deterioration sign of a dynamic function of a valve and a function of closing fluid with high accuracy, without decomposing the valve.SOLUTION: An abnormality sign diagnostic device 20 comprises: a signal processing unit 9 that processes a signal of at least one acoustic sensor 2 that detects the sliding sound of a valve; an analysis unit 11 that obtains the state of the leakage, surface roughness or friction coefficient of a sliding part that emits the sliding sound based on the spectral intensity of the sliding sound that is processed by the signal processing unit and detected by the acoustic sensor; and a determination unit 16 that determines the sign of deterioration including normality or not regarding a function of closing the fluid and a dynamic function of the valve, based on the leakage, surface roughness or friction coefficient of the sliding part obtained by the analysis unit, and predicts a maintenance timing including the decomposition of the valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
