Zusammenfassung:To provide a display device with an increased color range, and an optical composite sheet used for the display device.SOLUTION: The display device includes: a light source; a display panel for displaying a picture by receiving light from the light source; and an optical composite sheet arranged in the optical path from the light source to the display panel. The optical composite sheet includes: a prism sheet arranged in the optical path; an optical diffusion layer arranged in the optical path; and an optical absorption layer arranged in the optical path for selectively absorbing light in a specific wavelength band of the light from the light source.
