To provide an optical composite sheet of which luminance is not largely lowered while the color range is improved, and a display device including the optical composite sheet.SOLUTION: An optical composite sheet 11 can exhibit an improved optical performance and color range since an optical absorption layer is inserted which selectively absorbs light in a specific wavelength band while optical functional elements such as prism sheets 210 and 220 and optical diffusion layers 310 and 320 are being complex.
