To provide a control device of a vehicle that enables a sense of driving a vehicle that is simulated to be sufficiently obtained.SOLUTION: A control device of a vehicle, which is configured to generate virtual sound, which occurs when driving a virtual vehicle equipped with a virtual engine as a driving force source, in at least a vehicle interior of a real vehicle equipped with a rotary machine as a driving force source, comprises an acoustic instrument that generates virtual sound and a controller that controls the acoustic instrument.
