Zusammenfassung:To provide a hot-press forming die in which a step part of a metal plate material is also quenched and increased in hardness.SOLUTION: In this die, a tailored blank 12A formed by welding a first plate portion 34 made of a first metal plate material and a second plate portion 35 made of a second metal plate material thicker than the first metal plate material while abutting them on each other is press-formed in a heated state. The die includes: a refrigerant passage in which a refrigerant flows; and at least one refrigerant injection passage 64, one end of which is connected to the refrigerant passage and the other end of which is open to a forming surface of the die (a lower die 13). The die includes a first forming surface 51; and a second forming surface 52 that is separated from a forming surface of another die more than the first forming surface 51 and forming a step 53 together with the first forming surface 51.
