Zusammenfassung:To provide a micro flow path structure having a micro flow path capable of sending liquid efficiently.SOLUTION: A micro flow path structure 10, in which a porous layer 5 containing an inorganic material is arranged in a micro flow path 4, has a substrate 1, a cover material 2 arranged on one surface side of the substrate 1, a spacer 3 arranged between the substrate 1 and the cover material 2, and the micro flow path 4 partitioned by the substrate 1, the cover material 2 and the spacer 3, and extending in a vertical direction to a thickness direction of the substrate 1.
