Zusammenfassung: | To predict the occurrence of fine defect in a practical calculation time with respect to a method and a device for evaluating a defect occurrence risk in numerical simulation.SOLUTION: An evaluating method of this invention is a method for evaluating a defect occurrence risk in numerical simulation using a finite element method for a forging process. The evaluating method includes: acquiring a numerical simulation model as geometric data; dividing the numerical simulation model into a plurality of elements; calculating respective initial surface areas of the plurality of elements; storing the calculated initial surface areas; calculating respective surface areas of the plurality of elements while executing numerical simulation for the forging process; calculating degrees of reduction in respective surface areas of the plurality of elements as numerical simulation for the forging process progresses; and evaluating a part where an element of which the degree of reduction in surface area is larger than a prescribed threshold exists, as a specific part having a defect occurrence risk in the numerical simulation model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】数値シミュレーションの欠陥発生リスク評価方法および装置において、実用的な計算時間で微細な欠陥の発生を予測する。【解決手段】本発明の評価方法は、鍛造工程の有限要素法による数値シミュレーションの欠陥発生リスク評価方法である。当該評価方法は、形状データとして数値シミュレーションモデルを取得し、数値シミュレーションモデルを複数の要素に分割し、複数の要素のそれぞれの初期の表面積を算出し、算出された初期の表面積を記憶し、鍛造工程の数値シミュレーションを実行しながら複数の要素のそれぞれの表面積を算出し、鍛造工程の数値シミュレーションの進行に連れて複数の要素のそれぞれについて表面積の減少の度合いを算出し、減少の度合いが所定の閾値よりも大きい要素の存在する部位を、数値シミュレーションモデルにおいて欠陥発生リスクのある特定部位として評価することを含む。【選択図】図6 |
