Zusammenfassung:To provide a wind power turbine device or a wind power generation device which is easily installed and moved/accommodated and capable of efficiently transferring a torque by wind power to a generator.SOLUTION: A wind power turbine device comprises: a plurality of rigid ring bodies disposed between a suspension body and a generator; turbine blades provided in the plurality of rigid ring bodies; a plurality of first flexible connection wires extending in an array direction of the plurality of rigid ring bodies and connecting the plurality of rigid ring bodies; and a plurality of second flexible connection wires connecting a pair of rigid ring bodies which are disposed adjacently in a vertical direction, so as to be disposed while being tilted with respect to the first flexible connection wires. When the plurality of rigid ring bodies are rotated around a rotation axis by wind power, a rotation torque of a rigid ring body which is positioned at an upper step side is transferred to a rigid ring body which is positioned at a lower step side, via the second flexible connection wires.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】設置及び移動・収納が容易で、風力によるトルクを効率良く発電機へ伝達することが可能な風力タービン装置又は風力発電装置を提供する。【解決手段】風力タービン装置が、懸架体と発電機との間に配置される複数の剛性リング体と、複数の剛性リング体に設けられるタービンブレードと、前記複数の剛性リング体の配列方向に沿って延在し、複数の剛性リング体を連結する複数の第1柔軟性連結線材と、前記第1柔軟性連結線材に対して傾斜配置されるように、上下に隣接配置される一対の剛性リング体同士を連結する複数の第2柔軟性連結線材とを備え、風力によって前記複数の剛性リング体が回転軸周りに回転する際、前記第2柔軟性連結線材を介して上段側に位置する剛性リング体の回転トルクが下段側に位置する剛性リング体に伝達される。【選択図】図1
