Zusammenfassung: | To provide application of a nano vesicle derived from a stem cell in preparation of scar repair formulation.SOLUTION: The invention relates to technical fields of scar skin repair and provides application of a nano vesicle derived from a stem cell in preparation of scar repair formulation. In the invention, an extracellular vesicle derived from a mesenchymal stem cell significantly inhibits expression of collagen III, and collagen III of a high concentration nano vesicle and a low concentration nano vesicle therapy group is significantly lower than that in a PBS group, express a reduction tendency in expression of collagen I, both of the high concentration nano vesicle and the low concentration nano vesicle can promote rational distribution of a skin structure, in particular, exhibit a more rational structure of the collagen and significant increase of an additional structure, therefore, the nano vesicle derived from the stem cell can achieve an effect of repairing a scar. Both of the low concentration nano vesicle and the high concentration nano vesicle can promote repair of the scar skin, however, a scar area after repair by the high concentration nano vesicle is smaller than that by repair by the low concentration nano vesicle, and the high concentration nano vesicle has a high therapy effect, and can be used for preparation of the scar repair formulation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】瘢痕修復製剤の調製における幹細胞由来のナノ小胞の応用を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、瘢痕修復製剤の調製における幹細胞由来のナノ小胞の応用を提供し、瘢痕皮膚修復の技術分野に関する。本発明において、間葉系幹細胞由来の細胞外小胞は、コラーゲンIIIの発現を有意に阻害し、高濃度ナノ小胞および低濃度ナノ小胞治療群のコラーゲンIIIは、PBS群よりも有意に低く、コラーゲンIの発現も減少傾向を示し、高濃度ナノ小胞と低濃度ナノ小胞の両方が、皮膚構造の合理的な分布を促進することができ、具体的に、コラーゲンのより合理的な構造と付属構造の大幅な増加に表現し、したがって、幹細胞由来のナノ小胞は瘢痕を修復する効果を実現でき、低濃度ナノ小胞と高濃度ナノ小胞の両方が瘢痕皮膚の修復を促進することができるが、高濃度ナノ小胞修復後の瘢痕面積は、低濃度のナノ小胞治療のそれよりも小さく、治療効果が高く、瘢痕修復製剤の調製に使用できる。【選択図】図8 |
