Zusammenfassung:To provide a frictional melting coupler which couples metal plates of different properties by use of difference in melting points.SOLUTION: A frictional melting coupler comprises: a lead plate 3 having a melting point lower than that of an iron plate 2; and a couling tool part 11 which has a coupling part 4 such that the iron plate 2 couples the lead plate 3 when bringing mutual faces of the iron plate 2 and the lead plate 3 into contact with each other, and is pushed against the coupling part 4 while being rotated. The coupler pushes the coupling tool part 11 against the coupling part 4 while rotating the same, whereby the iron plate 2 is heated by friction and the lead plate 3 is molten by heat conduction, and couples the iron plate 2 and the lead plate 3 in such a manner that a molten liquid flows in the coupling part 4 and solidifies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】性質の異なる金属板同士を溶融点の違いを利用して結合する摩擦溶融結合装置を提供する。【解決手段】鉄板2より溶融点が低い鉛板3と、鉄板2と鉛板3を互いの面で接した場合、鉄板2が鉛板3を結合する結合部4を有し、結合部4に対し回転しながら押し当てる結合ツール部11と、結合部4に対し結合ツール部11を回転しながら押し当てることで、鉄板2が摩擦により熱せられ鉛板3が熱伝導により溶融し、結合部4へ溶融した液体が流入し凝固することで鉄板2と鉛板3を結合する摩擦溶融結合装置。【選択図】図1
