Zusammenfassung: | To provide a hydraulic crusher which can further improve the turning operability of a hydraulic crusher main body.SOLUTION: A hydraulic crusher 100 has opening/closing hydraulic flow passages 80, 81 connected to a hydraulic actuator 50 from a working bogie side, turning hydraulic flow passages 90, 91, 92 branched from the flow passages 80, 81, and connected to a hydraulic motor 60, opening/closing means 70 for switching the communication and blocking of the flow passages 90, 91, 92 according to a position of a crush arm 20 or the hydraulic actuator 50, and a delay cylinder 7 for imparting a delay time up until the hydraulic motor 60 rotates after the flow passages 90, 91, 92 communicate with one another. Then, a sequence valve 1 is arranged at an upstream-side flow passage of the delay cylinder 7, a flow rate adjustment valve 3 with pressure compensation is arranged at a downstream-side flow passage of the delay cylinder 7, and a flow rate adjustment valve 2 is arranged at a delay valve flow passage 93 which is connected to a return side of the delay cylinder 7. Also, the turning hydraulic flow passages at an upstream side and a downstream side of the hydraulic motor 60 are connected to each other by a pilot check valve 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】油圧破砕機本体の旋回作動性をより向上させ得る油圧破砕機を提供する。【解決手段】油圧破砕機100は、作業台車側から油圧アクチュエータ50に接続された開閉用油圧流路80、81と、この流路80、81から分岐して油圧モータ60に接続された旋回用油圧流路90、91、92と、破砕アーム20または油圧アクチュエータ50の位置に応じて流路90、91、92の連通と閉止とを切り替える開閉手段70と、流路90、91、92が連通してから油圧モータ60が回転するまでの遅延時間を与える遅延シリンダ7と、を有する。そして、遅延シリンダ7の上流側流路にシーケンス弁1、遅延シリンダ7の下流側流路に圧力補償付流量調整弁3、遅延シリンダ7の戻り側に接続される遅延弁流路93に流量調整弁2をそれぞれ設け、さらに、油圧モータ60の上流側と下流側との旋回用油圧流路がパイロットチェック弁6で接続されている。【選択図】図2 |
