Zusammenfassung:	To provide: a gas-barrier resin composition that has high gas barrier properties and sufficient long-run properties and breaking resistance comparable to those of fossil fuel-derived ones, while using biomass-derived materials; and a single-layer film, a multilayer film, a vapor-deposition film, and a multilayer structure including the gas-barrier resin composition.SOLUTION: A gas-barrier resin composition contains one or more saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymers and inorganic particles (C). Ethylene and vinyl ester, which are the materials for the one or more saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymers, are partially derived from biomass, with the balance being fossil fuel-derived ones.
