Zusammenfassung:To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of acquiring information on moisture content of an eyeball surface with higher accuracy by using light.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus 1 includes a light source 2, an irradiation optical system 3, a light reception optical system 4, and a control part 6. The light source 2 emits measurement light including a wavelength for measurement and a wavelength for reference. The wavelength for measurement is wavelength corresponding to an infrared wavelength in which an absorption loss amount due to water shows a maximum value. The wavelength for reference is an infrared wavelength in which the absorption loss amount due to water is smaller than the wavelength for measurement. The irradiation optical system 3 irradiates measurement light to an eyeball surface of an eye to be inspected. The light reception optical system 4 guides reflection light of the measurement light from the eyeball surface to cause an optical receiver 5 to receive the reflection light. The control part 6 acquires moisture content information on the moisture content of the eyeball surface of the eye to be inspected in the reflection light of the measurement light from the eyeball surface including regular reflection light and the diffusive reflection light on the basis of the intensity of a wavelength for measurement and a wavelength for reference of diffusive reflection light received by the optical receiver 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】眼球表面の水分量に関する情報を、より高い精度で光を用いて取得することが可能な眼科装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼科装置1は、光源2、照射光学系3、受光光学系4、および制御部6を備える。光源2は、測定用波長と参照用波長を含む測定光を出射する。測定用波長は、水による吸収損失量が極大値を示す赤外波長に対応する波長である。参照用波長は、水による吸収損失量が測定用波長よりも小さくなる赤外波長である。照射光学系3は、測定光を被検眼の眼球表面に照射する。受光光学系4は、眼球表面からの測定光の反射光を導光し、受光器5に受光させる。制御部6は、正反射光および拡散反射光を含む眼球表面からの測定光の反射光のうち、受光器5によって受光された拡散反射光の測定用波長と参照用波長の強度に基づいて、被検眼の眼球表面の水分量に関する水分量情報を取得する。【選択図】図1
