To give an easily understandable notification to a driver in response to a situation when an operation is changed over from a congestion-time automatic operation into an operator-requiring operation.SOLUTION: A vehicle control display device is used in a vehicle capable of performing a congestion-time automatic operation and also an operator-requiring operation, and includes: a display control section 105 for performing displaying related to an operation changeover from a congestion-time automatic operation into an operator-requiring operation when a changeover from the congestion-time automatic operation into the operator-requiring operation is requested; and a situation identification section 102 for identifying a situation of an own vehicle in which a changeover from the congestion-time automatic operation into the operator-requiring operation is requested.
