Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electrocardiographic information analysis device which can detect abnormality of a subject from an electrocardiographic waveform with accuracy while suppressing an arithmetic amount.SOLUTION: An electrocardiographic information analysis device includes: a time frequency conversion part 21 which calculates a frequency spectrum of an electrocardiographic waveform for each frame by subjecting the electrocardiographic waveform expressing behaviors of a heart of a subject which is expressed in electrocardiographic information obtained by an electrocardiograph 11 attached to the subject to time frequency conversion for each frame with a prescribed time length; a peak interval detection part 22 which detects at least two of an interval between peaks of a same type in the electrocardiographic waveform and an interval between peaks of different types for each frame; and an abnormality determining part 23 which determines presence or absence of abnormality in the behaviors of the heart of the subject by inputting the frequency spectrum of the electrocardiographic waveform for each frame and at least two peak intervals in a discrimination circuit which has learned to determine presence or absence of the abnormality of the behavior of the heart in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】演算量を抑制しつつ、心電波形から被験者の異常を精度良く検出できる心電情報解析装置を提供する。【解決手段】心電情報解析装置は、被験者に取り付けられた心電計11により得られた心電情報に表された、被験者の心臓の挙動を表す心電波形を、所定の時間長を持つフレームごとに時間周波数変換することで、フレームごとに心電波形の周波数スペクトルを算出する時間周波数変換部21と、フレームごとに、心電波形の同一種類のピーク間の間隔及び異なる種類のピーク間の間隔のうちの少なくとも二つを検出するピーク間隔検出部22と、フレームごとの心電波形の周波数スペクトル及び少なくとも二つのピーク間隔を、心臓の挙動の異常の有無を判定するように予め学習された識別器に入力することで、被験者の心臓の挙動の異常の有無を判定する異常判定部23とを有する。【選択図】図2 |
