Zusammenfassung:To reduce variations in loads on medical workers while maintaining prognostic improvement of a patient.SOLUTION: A medical information processing device includes an acquisition unit, a level calculation unit, a degree-of-necessity calculation unit, and a determination unit. The acquisition unit acquires monitoring data on a patient. The level calculation unit calculates an individual physical condition level on a physical condition of the patient from the monitoring data. The degree-of-necessity calculation unit calculates a degree of necessity of involvement indicating a degree of necessity of medical involvement for the patient on the basis of the individual physical condition level and a group physical condition level on the physical condition of a patient group including the patient.
