Zusammenfassung:To provide a heat transfer structure applicable to a wire harness and a wire harness.SOLUTION: A heat transfer structure 1 includes: a heat conduction member body 11 to be bundled with a wire harness section 30; and a female type connection section 12 which has thermal conductivity, formed integrally with the heat conduction member body 11 or formed separately from the heat conduction member body 11 and connected to the heat conduction member body 11, and housed in a female type connector housing 51.
