Zusammenfassung: | To provide a technology to more appropriately execute determination on an abnormality in a machine element of a rotary machine.SOLUTION: A control device 40 of the present invention includes an abnormality determination part 403 for executing determination on an abnormality in a machine element of a compressor 10 on the basis of an electric feature amount of the compressor 10 electrically driven by an electric motor 20. The electric feature amount is a specific frequency component of a signal indicating a physical amount having correlation with an electric current of the electric motor 20 for driving the compressor 10. The specific frequency component is a component of a predetermined positive integer multiple of a rotational frequency of the compressor 10. The abnormality determination part 403 executes determination on the abnormality in the machine element of the compressor 10 in consideration of variation in relationships between the abnormality in the machine element and the electric feature amount of the compressor 10 (electric motor 20) due to change in the rotational frequency of the compressor 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
