Zusammenfassung: | To provide a joint method of different kinds of materials in a composite beam which reduces an axial force load in the case where an axial force occurs.SOLUTION: In a joint method of different kinds of members between a steel frame member 13 on a beam central side and a reinforced concrete member 15 on a beam end part side for constituting a composite beam 11, a joint part 25 between the steel frame member and the reinforced concrete member is integrated via a boundary plate 18 of the steel frame member. In main reinforcements 16, 17 in the reinforced concrete member, end parts of the main reinforcements are penetrated in through-holes provided at the boundary plate, and screw parts provided at the end parts are fastened by fixing nuts 19, and a plurality of axial direction strengthening reinforcements 21 for axial force resistance are disposed along the central part vicinity position of the reinforced concrete member, end parts 21a of the axial direction strengthening reinforcements are disposed being connected to steel plates 22 for connection provided at the boundary plate, and a strengthening rib 24 is disposed with respect to a web 13b of the steel frame member, and end part 24a of the strengthening rib 24 is disposed being connected to the boundary plate, and the strengthening rib and the steel plate for connection are disposed at the position of the same level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軸力が生じる場合に軸力負担を低減させる、複合梁における異種材料の接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】複合梁11を構成する梁中央側の鉄骨部材13と梁端部側の鉄筋コンクリート部材15との異種部材の接合方法において、鉄骨部材と鉄筋コンクリート部材との接合部25が鉄骨部材の境界プレート18を介して一体化されており、鉄筋コンクリート部材における主筋16、17が、境界プレートに設けた貫通孔に主筋の端部を貫通させて、その端部に有するネジ部を定着用のナット19で締結させており、鉄筋コンクリート部材の中央部近傍位置に沿って軸力抵抗用の軸方向補強鉄筋21を複数本配設すると共に、軸方向補強鉄筋の端部21aを境界プレートに設けた接続用鋼板22に接続させて配設し、鉄骨部材のウェブ13bに対して補強リブ24を配設すると共に、補強リブ24の端部24aを境界プレートに接続させて配設し、かつ補強リブと接続用鋼板とを同レベルの位置に配設する。【選択図】図1 |
