To obtain sufficient bonding strength without setting too high a heating temperature in a bonding process.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: image forming means (1e) that forms toner images on a sheet by using printing toners (Ty, Tm, Tc) and applies a powder adhesive (Tn) to the sheet; fixing means (6) that fixes the toner images to the sheet; folding means (31) that folds the sheet passing through the fixing means with the surface applied with the powder adhesive inside; and bonding means (32) that heats the sheet folded by the folding means to bond the sheet with the powder adhesive.
