The rocking units 2 each comprise a casing 4 into which the rod R is inserted, and a lid body 5 for covering the casing 4. A lock member 6 for tightening and locking the rod R, and an unlocking piston 15 for unlocking the locking member 6 by being subjected to action of a fluid pressure are housed in the casing 4. An unlocking pressure chamber 17 for subjecting the unlocking piston 15 to the fluid pressure is formed between the unlocking piston 15 and the lid body 5.
