Zusammenfassung:To provide a method of inspecting a leakage detection system in a short time.SOLUTION: An inspection method is provided by using a leakage detection system 200 comprising: a leakage detection line 201; on-off valves 202A, 202B; a flowmeter 203; an operation control unit 40 that detects leakage of fluid from fluid lines HFL, CFL on the basis of a first flow rate measured by the flowmeter 203; drain lines DL1, DL2; and drain valves DV1, DV2 respectively attached to the drain lines DL1, DL2. The method; opens the on-off valves 202A, 202B and the drain valves DV1, DV2 in a state where supply valves SV1, SV2 and return valve RV1, RV2 are closed; measures, using the flowmeter 203, a second flow rate of fluid in the leakage detection line 201; and determines, when the second flow rate is lower than a predetermined reference value, that the leakage detection system 200 has failure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】短時間で漏洩検出システムを検査する方法を提供する。【解決手段】漏洩検出ライン201と、開閉弁202A,202Bと、流量計203と、流量計203によって測定された第1の流量に基づいて流体ラインHFL,CFLからの流体の漏洩を検出する動作制御部40と、ドレインラインDL1,DL2と、ドレインラインDL1,DL2に取り付けられたドレイン弁DV1,DV2と、を備えた漏洩検出システム200の検査方法であって、供給弁SV1,SV2および戻り弁RV1,RV2が閉じている状態で、開閉弁202A,202Bおよびドレイン弁DV1,DV2を開き、流量計203によって漏洩検出ライン201内の流体の第2の流量を測定し、第2の流量が所定の基準値よりも小さいときに、漏洩検出システム200に不具合があることを決定する。【選択図】図4
