To provide an optical fiber cable capable of attaining suppression of occurrence of buckling while maintaining bending directivity.SOLUTION: An optical fiber cable 1 comprises: a cable body part 10; a tubular external sheath 20 housing the cable body part 10; a pair of first tension members 31 that are embedded in the external sheath 20 and arranged so as to face each other with the cable body part 10 held therebetween on a first imaginary line L1 passing through a center C1 of the cable body part 10; and a pair of second tension members 32 that are embedded in the external sheath 20 and arranged so as to face each other with the cable body part 10 held therebetween on a second imaginary line L2 passing through the center C1 of the cable body part 10.
