Zusammenfassung:To provide a method which realizes both of a weight saving and a high corrosion resistance of a member to be fastened in a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: A member to be fastened in a railway vehicle comprises an installation section which has an inside surface constituted to laterally oppose a component part of a railway vehicle, an outer side surface which is a contrary side of the inside surface and a fastening hole extending from the outer side surface to the inside surface to insert the fastener and a body section extending from the installation section. At least the body section is formed from magnesium alloy and at least a sitting surface area around the fastening hole of the outer side surface of the fastening section is formed from aluminum alloy. The part formed from the magnesium alloy and the part formed from the aluminum alloy are bonded each other in a solid phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】鉄道車両用の被締結部材において軽量化及び高耐食性の両方を実現可能にする。【解決手段】鉄道車両の被締結部材は、鉄道車両の構成部品に側方から対向するように構成された内側面と、前記内側面と反対側の面である外側面と、前記締結具を挿通可能に前記外側面から前記内側面に向けて延びた締結孔と、を有する取付セクションと、前記取付セクションから延びた本体セクションと、を備える。少なくとも前記本体セクションは、マグネシウム合金で形成され、前記取付セクションの前記外側面のうち少なくとも前記締結孔の周囲の座面領域は、アルミニウム合金で形成される。前記マグネシウム合金で形成された部分と前記アルミニウム合金で形成された部分とは、互いに固相接合されている。【選択図】図2
