Zusammenfassung:To provide a new technique that can be used even in detection by melting curve analysis, which enables SARS-CoV-2 to be detected readily and with high sensitivity.SOLUTION: A nucleic acid probe for detecting SARS-CoV-2 has following characteristics: (I) it has a base sequence at least 85% identical to a base sequence represented by a specific sequence number or a base sequence complementary thereto including at least ten, continuous bases; and (II) only one of 5' end or 3' end is labeled.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】融解曲線解析法による検出においても使用することができ、簡便、高感度にSARS-CoV-2を検出することを可能にする新たな手法を提供する。【解決手段】以下の特徴を有する、SARS-CoV-2を検出するための核酸プローブ:(I)特定の配列番号で示される塩基配列と85%以上の同一性を示す塩基配列又はそれらに相補的な塩基配列において連続する少なくとも10塩基以上の塩基配列を含む;(II)5'末端又は3'末端のいずれか一方のみが標識されている。【選択図】なし
