The upper punch 50 has a first punch 60 and a second punch 80, and the lower punch 30 and the upper punch 50 are rotatably supported. A projecting portion 25 presses a groove portion 35 with the lifting/lowering action of the dice 20, thereby co-rotating the lower punch 30. The first punch 60 and the second punch 80 are lifted and lowered, and the first punch 60 and the second punch 80 are controlled to deviate one end of the first punch 60 and one end of the second punch 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
