To provide an electronic contract program, an information processing device and an information processing method, with which it is prevented by a simple structure that an electronic contract is concluded without authority by persons belonging to an organization.SOLUTION: In an electronic contract system 1, the user terminal 10A of a sender designates the user of a recipient who requests a contract (S702).
