Zusammenfassung:To provide a method capable of predicting a filtration performance without performing actual filtration, and solving the problems that management of filtration steps is essential for law-abiding and quality control, but due to that a measurement method of JIS requires experts and exclusive analytical instruments, labor/temporal/economical loads become heavy, and in the case of considering application of filtration processes having no filtration step currently, a considerable number of basis data collection is required when water quality variation of filtration raw water or the like is taken into consideration, which makes labor/temporal/economical loads heavy.SOLUTION: A filtration performance is predicted without performing actual filtration by: previously collecting and accumulating in a database of a computer, a perspective degree of similar liquid and an actual value of a suspended substance quantity, and a filtration performance such as water quality when the liquid is actually filtered, and change with time in reduction of an amount of filtration-processed water per unit time; and referring a measured value of a perspective degree of liquid to be predicted to the data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】ろ過工程の管理は、遵法および品質維持のために必須であるが、JISの測定法は専門技術者や専用の分析機器が必要であるため、管理の労務的・時間的・経済的負担が大きい。現在ろ過工程を有さないがろ過処理の適用を検討する場合には、ろ過原水の水質変動等を考慮すると相当数の根拠データ収集が必要となり労務的・時間的・経済的負担が大きい。実際にろ過することなくろ過性能を予測することができる方法を提供する。【解決手段】予め類似する液の透視度と懸濁性物質量の実測値と、その液を実際にろ過処理した際の水質、単位時間当たりのろ過処理水量減少の経時変化などのろ過性能をコンピューター等のデータベースに収集蓄積する。予測したい液の透視度の測定値を上記データに照合することで、実際にろ過を行うことなくろ過性能を予測する。【選択図】図8
