Zusammenfassung:	To provide a cationic electro-deposition coating composition capable of achieving low temperature curing property and maintaining also, coated film physical properties.SOLUTION: There is provided a cationic electro-deposition coating composition including, an amine resin and a blocked polyisocyanate curative, the blocked polyisocyanate curative is included by an amount of 50-80 mass% in a coating resin solid, a block agent forming the blocked polyisocyanate curative is formed of any one or both of (a) a monool compound and (b) amine having a polyol compound or a hydroxy group, a residual OH functional group content in the formed electro-deposition coating is 0.4-1.6 (meq/solid g). The invention also provides a coated film obtained from the cationic electro-deposition coating composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、低温硬化性を達成すると共に塗膜物性も維持できるカチオン電着塗料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、アミン化樹脂およびブロック化ポリイソシアネート硬化剤を含有するカチオン電着塗料組成物であって、前記ブロック化ポリイソシアネート硬化剤が塗料樹脂固形分中に５０～８０質量％の量で含有し、前記ブロック化ポリイソシアネート硬化剤を形成するブロック剤が、（ａ）モノオール化合物と、（ｂ）ポリオール化合物または水酸基を有するアミンのいずれか一方または両方との、組合せからなり、形成された電着塗膜中の残存ＯＨ官能基量が０．４～１．６（ｍｅｑ／固形分ｇ）である、ことを特徴とする、カチオン電着塗料組成物を提供する。また、本発明は、上記カチオン電着塗料組成物から得られた塗膜も提供する。【選択図】なし
