To provide an endoscope imaging apparatus and an endoscope in which the occurrence of image noise is suppressed.SOLUTION: The endoscope imaging apparatus comprises: a lens barrel which acquires an image of an observation object and is provided with an imaging lens therein; an imaging element which receives light passing through the imaging lens and performs photoelectric conversion; a plurality of electronic components which drives the imaging element; and a circuit board on which the imaging element and the plurality of electronic components are arranged.
