ELECTRIC DRIVE UNIT

To provide an electric drive unit with which an AC motor and a power conversion device are electrically connected so as to enable achievement of reduction of the number of components and space saving while having good component exchangeability of the power conversion device.SOLUTION: An electric drive unit includes: an AC motor having a plurality of first terminals; and a power conversion device having a plurality of second terminals. The power conversion device is fixed to a motor case via a wall part so as to partially overlap with the AC motor in an axial direction of a rotor of the AC motor. Each first terminal includes: a first extension part extending in the axial direction from a stator; and a first fastening part. Each second terminal includes: a second extension part extending in an extension direction, which is a direction toward a radially inner side of the AC motor, from the electric conversion device in a portion which does not overlap with the AC motor in the axial direction; and a second fastening part.
