AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

To provide an air conditioning system which enables air conditioning of an underfloor space and air conditioning of a habitable room space above the floor to be performed separately with an air conditioner disposed in the underfloor space.SOLUTION: In an air conditioning system 10, an air conditioner 11 installed in an underfloor space 5 performs air conditioning of a building 1 in which an above-floor space 6 is partitioned into a habitable room space 6a and a non-habitable room space 6b with a partition wall 7. A first ventilation opening 8a which allows the underfloor space 5 and the non-habitable room space 6b to communicate with each other is formed in a non-habitable room floor part 4b which defines the underfloor space 5 and the non-habitable room space 6b.
