POWER SUPPLY OPERATION PLAN FORMULATION DEVICE AND POWER SUPPLY OPERATION PLAN FORMULATION METHOD

To provide technology that can efficiently formulate a power supply operation plan that includes a coordination power provision plan.SOLUTION: A power supply operation plan formulation device 1 includes a data input processing unit 3, a power supply evaluation processing unit 8, and a plan formulation processing unit 11. The data input processing unit 3 reads setting data 2 including demand data 5, power supply data 6, and adjustment power data 7. The power supply evaluation processing unit 8 evaluates the power supply capacity of each of a plurality of power sources on the basis of the setting data 2, creates first evaluation data, and evaluates the adjustment power providing ability of each of the plurality of power sources on the basis of the setting data 2 to create second evaluation data.
