Zusammenfassung:To provide a gasket capable of realizing appropriate sealing performance just as designed, and having high assembling performance.SOLUTION: A gasket 1 made of an elastic body for sealing between one member 2 and the other member 3 joined in opposition thereto includes; a gasket main body 10 disposed in a manner of being fitted to a groove 20 formed on the one member; and flange portions 100, 100 formed in a manner of projecting from both side portions of the gasket main body in a groove width direction. The gasket main body has: flat-shaped portions 11 formed along flat-shaped surfaces 21; an arc-shaped portion 12 formed along an arc-shaped surface 22; and angular portions 13 where the flat-shaped portion and the arc-shaped portion cross with each other. The arc-shaped portion has a taper portion 12a of which a face opposed to the arc-shaped surface of the other member, is inclined toward the flat-shaped portion, and the angular portion has a projecting portion 13a formed in a manner of projecting toward a flat-shaped surface side of the other member with respect to the flat-shaped portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】適正な設計どおりのシール性を実現でき、組み付け性のよいガスケットを提供する。【解決手段】一方部材2と、相対して接合する他方部材3との間をシールする弾性体製のガスケット1であって、前記一方部材に形成された溝20に嵌め入れられて装着されるガスケット本体10と、前記ガスケット本体の両側部から溝幅方向に突出して形成される鍔部100,100とを備え、前記ガスケット本体は、平坦形状面21に沿って形成される平坦形状部11と、円弧形状面22に沿って形成される円弧形状部12と、前記平坦形状部と前記円弧形状部とが交差する角部13とを有し、前記円弧形状部は、前記他方部材の円弧形状面に対向する面が前記平坦形状部に向けて傾斜するテーパー部12aを有し、前記角部は、前記平坦形状部より前記他方部材の平坦形状面側へ向けて突出して形成された突出部13aを有していることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
