COMMUNICATION RELAY DEVICE AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

To provide a communication relay device and a computer program that contribute to the improvement of communication quality in a system that relays between base stations and mobile stations.SOLUTION: A communication relay device of an embodiment includes an antenna, a signal strength detection unit, a first search unit, and a second search unit. The antenna forms a radio wave beam in an arbitrary direction. The signal strength detection unit detects signal strength received by the antenna. The first search unit changes the direction of the beam formed by the antenna in a first range, and detects a direction in which the mobile station is located based on the signal strength detected by the signal strength detection unit.
