Zusammenfassung:	To provide a cationic electrodeposition coating composition which makes it possible to further improve the adhesive and blocking properties of a coating film produced therefrom, compared with those of the conventional coating films, thereby improving the anticorrosive properties and also achieving further reduction in VOC content.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a cationic electrodeposition coating composition comprising an aminated epoxy resin and a blocked polyisocyanate curing agent. The number of adhesive functional groups in the aminated epoxy resin is 2.9 to 3.9 meq/solid g and the aminated epoxy resin has a solubility parameter (SP) of 10.2 to 11.6.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明では、カチオン電着塗料組成物から得られた塗膜の密着性と遮断性を従来のものよりも更に向上させて、防錆性を高めると共に、ＶＯＣも更に低下が達成できるカチオン電着塗料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、アミン化エポキシ樹脂およびブロック化ポリイソシアネート硬化剤を含有するカチオン電着塗料組成物であって、前記アミン化エポキシ樹脂が、密着官能基数２．９～３．９ｍｅｑ／ｓｏｌｉｄｇおよび溶解性パラメータ（ＳＰ）１０．２～１１．６を有することを特徴とする、カチオン電着塗料組成物を提供する。【選択図】なし
