To provide an information processor that allows a user to select and order N units of food and drink (N is an integer value of 1 or more) while checking effect on the body of a person who ingests N units of food and drink.SOLUTION: In an information processor that supports a user who orders food and drink in predetermined units, a reception unit 101 receives selection of food and drink in N units by the user. An arithmetic logical unit 102 calculates a physical quantity of food and drink in N units. An index generation unit 103 generates, based on the physical quantity as a calculation result, a predetermined index related to effect on the body of a person who ingests N units of food and drink.
