Zusammenfassung:	To provide a food packaging sheet which has good stability of a coating agent, is excellent in blocking properties and heat sealability, and is also excellent in food product resistance such as seasoning resistance such as catsup and sauce, and microwave oven resistance.SOLUTION: A coating agent for a food packaging sheet contains resin fine particles (A) that are a polymer of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (a), in which the resin fine particles (A) have glass transition temperatures in each range of -40 to 30°C and 40 to 140°C, and an acid value of 20-40 mgKOH/g, and contain 85-97 mass% of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (a-1) having a straight-chain alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms based on the total mass of the ethylenically unsaturated monomer (a).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、コート剤の安定性が良好であって、ブロッキング性およびヒートシール性に優れ、加えてケチャップやソース等の調味料耐性、および電子レンジ耐性といった耐食品性にも優れる食品包装シートの提供を目的とする。【解決手段】エチレン性不飽和単量体（ａ）の重合体である樹脂微粒子（Ａ）を含み、前記樹脂微粒子（Ａ）は、－４０～３０℃と、４０～１４０℃のそれぞれの範囲にガラス転移温度を有し、かつ酸価が２０～４０ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇであり、前記エチレン性不飽和単量体（ａ）全質量を基準として、炭素数が１～４の直鎖アルキル基を有するエチレン性不飽和単量体（ａ－１）を８５～９７質量％含有する食品包装シート用コート剤により解決される。【選択図】図１
