VEHICLE ACCELERATION/DECELERATION CONTROL DEVICE

To provide a vehicle acceleration/deceleration control device that can suppress unintended sudden braking by a driver.SOLUTION: A vehicle acceleration/deceleration control device comprises: an acceleration/deceleration determining part that determines whether operation is acceleration operation or deceleration operation depending on whether an operation amount of a pedal is in an acceleration range or in a deceleration range; a driving control part that when the acceleration/deceleration determining part determines that the operation is the acceleration operation, controls a driving device so that a vehicle is accelerated in accordance with the operation amount of the pedal; and a braking control part that when the acceleration/deceleration determining part determines that the operation is the deceleration operation, controls a braking device so that the vehicle is decelerated in accordance with the operation amount of the pedal. The acceleration/deceleration determining part sets a dead range between the acceleration range and the deceleration range, and when the operation amount of the pedal is in the dead range, determines that the operation is neither the acceleration operation nor the deceleration operation.
