Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method for a weld joint that can eliminate the problem that presence of reheat HAZ deteriorates low-temperature toughness while improving efficiency of welding in welding Ni steel for a low temperature and yet more surely prevent a massive brittle failure, and a weld joint obtained by the method.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a weld joint using Ni steel for a low temperature, a weld joint in which a maximum grain size of old austenite in a weld boundary line of a boundary between weld metal constituting the weld joint and the Ni steel for a low temperature as a base material is 400 μm or less is obtained by hot wire-laser composite weld, using the Ni steel for a low temperature having a predetermined chemical composition as the base material. A weld joint is obtained by the method.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】低温用Ni鋼の溶接において、その溶接効率を改善しながら、再熱HAZの存在による低温靱性の低下の問題を解消でき、しかも、大規模な脆性破壊をより確実に防ぐことができる溶接継手の製造方法、及びそれにより得られた溶接継手を提供する。【解決手段】所定の化学組成を有する低温用Ni鋼を母材として、ホットワイヤ・レーザ複合溶接により、溶接継手を構成する溶接金属と母材である前記低温用Ni鋼との境界の溶融境界線における旧オーステナイトの最大粒径が400μm以下である溶接継手を得ることを特徴とする低温用Ni鋼を用いた溶接継手の製造方法であり、また、これによって得られた溶接継手である。【選択図】なし
