Zusammenfassung: | To provide a clip structure which is high in shearing force, and a pin member.SOLUTION: In a grommet member 10, an annular or cylindrical protrusion 13 with an inserted hole 12 as a center is protruded from a side opposite to leg parts 18, 19 with respect to a pedestal part 11 at a peripheral edge of the inserted hole 12, on the other hand in a hinge part 24, an annular or cylindrical receiving part 26 is continuously connected between an intermediate part 27 of a shaft part 25 and a flange part 35 on an extension of a shaft part 25, and has an annular recessed groove part 41 with the receiving part 26 as a part. The protrusion 13 is inserted into the recessed groove part 41 at a rear part of the pedestal part 11, and in the recessed groove part 41, the receiving part 26 has a side surface opposing the protrusion 13 at the rear part of the pedestal part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
