COMPUTER SYSTEM AND CALCULATION METHOD OF OPERATOR ALLOCATION IDEA FOR OPERATION

To solve the problem in which when there are a plurality of conditions to consider for calculating an operator allocation idea for an operation, it is difficult to determine weight of each condition beforehand.SOLUTION: A computer system comprises: an allocation idea calculation unit that performs allocation idea calculation processing for calculating an operator allocation idea for an operation on the basis of a plurality of conditions, and that presents the allocation idea to a user; and a weight update unit that updates weight representing an importance degree of the plurality of conditions for use in the allocation idea calculation processing. The allocation idea calculation unit calculates the allocation idea on the basis of a mathematical programming method that is defined by using an evaluation function which evaluates adaptability of the plurality of conditions in the allocation idea and weight of the plurality of conditions, and the weight update unit receives a recommended allocation idea from the user, and updates the weight of the plurality of conditions on the basis of the recommended allocation idea.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】作業に対する作業員の割当て案を算出するために考慮する条件が複数存在する場合、各条件の重みを事前に決めることが難しい。【解決手段】計算機システムは、複数の条件に基づいて、作業に対する作業員の割当て案を算出するための割当て案算出処理を実行し、利用者に割当て案を提示する割当て案算出部と、割当て案算出処理において使用される、複数の条件の重要度を表す重みを更新する重み更新部と、を備え、割当て案算出部は、割当て案における複数の条件の適合性を評価する評価関数と、複数の条件の重みとを用いて定義される目的関数を用いた数理計画法に基づいて、割当て案を算出し、重み更新部は、利用者から推奨割当て案を受け付け、推奨割当て案に基づいて複数の条件の重みを更新する。【選択図】 図１
