Zusammenfassung: | To thresh a large amount of harvest while avoiding threshing failure even when receiving such amount in a harvester equipped with a thresher that receives and threshes the harvest harvested by a harvesting part.SOLUTION: A thresher 10 is equipped with a threshing cylinder 21 and a threshing concave 25. The threshing cylinder 21 comprises: a raking part 30 disposed at a front part of the threshing cylinder 21, for raking a product to be threshed that is charged into a threshing chamber 20 toward a rear part of the threshing cylinder 21; and a threshing part 31 disposed so as to continue to a rear part of the raking part 30, for threshing the product to be threshed. The raking part 30 comprises: a base part 32; and a spiral blade 33 stood up from an outer peripheral part of the base part 32, for raking the product to be threshed toward the rear part of the threshing cylinder 21. A front part 25a of the threshing concave 25 is extended to a position just under the rear part in the raking part 30, and the rear part in the raking part 30 and the front part 25a of the threshing concave 25 overlap with each other in a cross direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】収穫部によって収穫された収穫物を受け入れて脱穀処理する脱穀装置が備えられた収穫機において、多量の収穫物を受け入れても脱穀不良を回避しつつ脱穀処理されるようにする。【解決手段】脱穀装置10に、扱胴21および受網25が備えられている。扱胴21に、扱胴21の前部に設けられ、扱室20に投入された脱穀処理物を扱胴21の後部に向けて掻き込む掻込み部30と、掻込み部30の後部に連続する状態で設けられ、脱穀処理物を扱き処理する扱き処理部31と、が備えられている。掻込み部30に、基台部32と、基台部32の外周部から立ち上げられ、脱穀処理物を扱胴21の後部に向けて掻き込む螺旋羽根33と、が備えられている。受網25の前部25aが掻込み部30における後部の直下まで延ばされ、掻込み部30における後部と受網25の前部25aとが前後方向において重複している。【選択図】図4 |
