Zusammenfassung:To properly set a variable spectral threshold with respect to an oscillating target (environment noise) in detecting a distance of a moving target using an FMCW radar, and to avoid misinformation detection of the oscillating target, enhancing sensitivity of the FMCW radar.SOLUTION: The present disclosure is a moving target detection device 2 that comprises: a beat signal acquisition unit 21 acquiring a beat signal between transmission/reception signals of an FMCW radar; a differential signal calculation unit 22 calculating a differential signal between the beat signals with a different transmission/reception cycle; a frequency spectrum calculation unit 23 calculating a frequency spectrum of the differential signal; and a moving target output unit 25 outputting a distance of a moving target without outputting the distance of the oscillating target (environment noise), on the basis of the frequency in which the frequency spectrum is large in comparison to the spectrum threshold with a peak in a frequency corresponding to the distance of the oscillating target (environment noise), .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本開示は、FMCWレーダを用いて、移動物標の距離を検知するにあたり、振動物標(環境雑音)に対する可変スペクトル閾値を適切に設定し、FMCWレーダの感度を高くしたうえで、振動物標(環境雑音)の誤報検知を回避することを目的とする。【解決手段】本開示は、FMCWレーダの送受信信号間のビート信号を取得するビート信号取得部21と、異なる送受信周期のビート信号間の差分信号を算出する差分信号算出部22と、差分信号の周波数スペクトルを算出する周波数スペクトル算出部23と、振動物標(環境雑音)の距離に対応する周波数にピークを有するスペクトル閾値と比べて、周波数スペクトルが大きい周波数に基づいて、振動物標(環境雑音)の距離を出力せず、移動物標の距離を出力する移動物標出力部25と、を備える移動物標検知装置2である。【選択図】図1
