Zusammenfassung: | To selectively form a coating film on both surfaces of a specific part of a transported base material in a width direction.SOLUTION: A coating device 20 coats both surfaces of a transported sheet-like base material 2 with coating liquid C. The coating device 20 comprises: a pair of blocks 21, 22 which faces each in a thickness direction of the base material 2; and a liquid pool part 23 which is formed so that the coating liquid C is accumulated in a gap between the pair of blocks 21, 22, and through which the base material 2 passes. The liquid pool part 23 includes: an introduction port 24 which opens to an upstream side in a transport direction of the base material 2, into which the base material 2 is introduced; an exhaust port 25 which opens to a downstream side in the transport direction, and from which the base material 2 is discharged; side face parts 26 which are respectively positioned on both sides in a width direction crossing the transport direction. At least one side face part 26 in the width direction includes an exposure port 29 which opens from the introduction port 24 to the exhaust port 25. A part of the base material 2 in the width direction can project to the exterior part of the liquid pool part 23 from the exposure port 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】搬送される基材の幅方向における特定部位の両面に選択的に塗膜を形成する。【解決手段】塗工装置20は、搬送されるシート状の基材2の両面に対して塗液Cを塗布する。塗工装置20は、基材2の厚み方向に互いに対向する一対のブロック21,22と、一対のブロック21,22同士の隙間に塗液Cが溜まるように形成されるとともに、基材2が通る液溜り部23と、を備える、液溜り部23は、基材2の搬送方向における上流側に開口し、基材2が導入される導入口24と、搬送方向における下流側に開口し、基材2が排出される排出口25と、搬送方向に交差する幅方向の両側にそれぞれ位置する側面部26と、を含む。幅方向における少なくとも一方側の側面部26は、導入口24から排出口25に亘って開口する露出口29を含む。露出口29からは、基材2の幅方向における一部が液溜り部23の外部に突出可能である。【選択図】図4 |
