DEVICE FOR VOICE QUALITY ANALYSIS, SYSTEM FOR VOICE QUALITY ANALYSIS, AND METHOD FOR VOICE QUALITY ANALYSIS

To estimate a reproducible cause at deterioration of voice quality even in a speech communication system which includes various speech communication terminal devices.SOLUTION: A voice quality analysis device 1 includes: a communication unit 11 which communicates with a speech communication terminal device through a network; a storage unit 12; and an analysis unit 13. The speech communication terminal device includes: a detection function which detects voice quality deterioration at speech communication; and a transmission function which transmits operation information, which represents an operation in speech processing at deterioration detection and in which the user of the self-device is anonymized or the self-device and the user of the self-device are anonymized. The storage unit 12 stores the operation information received through the communication unit 11 from each of the plurality of speech communication terminal devices.
