KITCHEN REFUSE PROCESSING METHOD AND KITCHEN REFUSE PROCESSOR

To provide a method and a processor for converting a kitchen refuse to a carbon powder body by agitating a kitchen refuse in the presence of a carbon catalyst in a high temperature environment for fermentation and subsequent carbonization which occurs as the time goes by.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a kitchen refuse processing method using a kitchen refuse processor 1 and a carbon catalyst P. A kitchen refuse N is discharged into a hopper 5 assembled in the kitchen refuse processor 1 and the kitchen refuse N is sent out to a kitchen refuse treatment tank 7 thereunder. Then, the kitchen refuse N is agitated with the carbon catalyst P in the treatment tank 7 in a high temperature environment for chemical reaction to convert the kitchen refuse N to a carbon powder body S.
