To prevent a mistake of extracting a poor syringe 1A out of a packaging container 3.SOLUTION: An extraction result verification device includes: memory means 23 for storing a position of a poor syringe 1A determined to be poor, from a packaging container 3 containing multiple syringes 1 filled with medicinal solution in an aligned state; and notification means 24 (display 28, projector 29) for notifying a position of the poor syringe 1A stored in the memory means 23.
